The Color Coating Line is located in Calamba City, Laguna. The technology is a full continuous tension line with an annual capacity of 60,000MT. It can process paint systems of Regular Polyester, Silicone Modified Polyester (SMP), Polyvinylidene Diflouride (PVDF), Solar Reflectance (Cool Chemistry), and Food Grade Coating system. It utilizes substrates of Hot-dipped Galvanized (HDG), 55% Aluminum-Zinc, and other Aluminum alloyed coatings with thickness range of 0.20 to 0.80mm.
